If you are participating in our early access program:

• The software is provided "AS IS" and may contain bugs.
• We are not liable for any data loss or project corruption during the Beta phase.
• Early access pricing and features are subject to change upon general release.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

InLine QC and its original content, features, and functionality are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY SPANISH LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SOFTWARE.
